There is a book I saw here..its a harlequin blaze...about a woman who has a type of diorder (maybe) and she goes on a ski trip wearing a cast on her leg to hide the problem and meets a guy and falls in lust etc etc..and  tried to decide if to tell him the truth about her leg. I htought I had put it on my reminder list but i cant find it anywhere..and the books i thought were it dont have the same dicription about the story..i know it mentioned her leg, faking a injury with a cast, and going on a ski vacation.

Anyone know this one??

It looks like "Truth or Dare" by Jo Leigh, and it's part of the "Men to Do" series.  The description on PBS doesn't mention the cast at all, but the synopsis/review here seems to be right.
