This book contains beautiful prose, engaging characters, and a sort of random quirkiness that is absent from most mainstream literature. If you are a reader that likes to take a little journey off the beaten literary path, this novel will pleasure your senses.

No One Belongs Here More Than You is a compilation of short stories that I found on one of those "you might like these if you like this" lists on Borders.com. I was grateful enough to check it out from the public library and read it before I bought it, but I should have skipped that step. I fell in love with the stories, being sort of off the wall and looked at at a different angle than most. Some of them are shocking, make you think. I could personally relate to a few of them, and immediately I knew I should have just bought it first. Luckily, I was able to find one used on Borders Marketplace, and got it in the mail about a week later.
