Ingredients
  • 2 cups - flour
  • 2 cups - sugar
  • 1.5 cups - cocoa
  • 2 tsp - baking soda
  • 1 tsp - baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp - salt
Directions

Mix dry in large bowl. Add oil, eggs, and milk. Stir well. Add water. Pour in greased 9x13. Bake at 350 for 35-38 minutes.


Notes

I make 20 cupcakes instead and bake till center is set. Cream cheese frosting goes great with this cake!
