
Melanie Shaw was supposed to go on a girl's vacation to Paris with her best friends. When they back out, she decides to just go by herself. Melanie is excited when her plane lands in Paris. She has a list of famous places she wants to see and experience. But a mugger puts a stop to her plans, taking her money and credit cards with him. Melanie is rescued by a handsome stranger who comes to her aid. Drew Eldridge spends a lot of time working in Paris and knows his way around the city. When Drew and Melanie learn that they are both from Dallas and have a mutual acquaintance, he suggests Melanie stay at his home and he will show her the city. How can a girl resist a whirlwind tour of the city with a handsome billionaire?
This novella is a very straight forward contemporary romance with no surprises or conflict. It's a nice story where Cinderella meets Prince Charming, but really didn't hold my interest. My rating: 3 Stars.
