Beautiful gift book!

One snowy Christmas, A little hedgehog wakes up from his deep winters sleep. He is cold-much too cold to go back to sleep. So he is excited when Father Christmas gives him a snugly, red wooly hat.Little Hedgehog stretches the hat to fit his head, but his prickles get in the way every time. But then Little Hedgehog has an idea and the hat turns out to be the best Christmas ever! Throughout the book you can feel the soft texture of little Hedgehog's hat.

Jewel-like colors, animals with unmistakable character, and a flocked woolly hat on every page enhance this tender story about a little hedgehog who is caught unprepared by a chilly winter wind. Great Learning resource!
