Original Cheesecake (Low-Fat Version)

  • 1 - Graham Craker Crust
  • 1 8 oz - 1/3 less fat or no-fat pkg of cream cheese
  • 1/3 Cup - Sugar or Splenda
  • 2 tsp - Vanilla or Imitation Vanilla
  • 1 Cup - Low Fat Sour Cream
  • 1 8 oz. - Container of Cool Whip

Beat cream cheese until smooth. Gradually beat in sugar or splenda. Add the sour cream and vanilla. Blend. Add the whipped topping gradually.  Spoon mixture into crust. Put in fridge until solid. (1-2 hours)


You can garnish with cherries or fruit of choice.
