I found this group online that does a huge Christmas Ornament swap every year. Here's the link: http://freshlyblended.blogspot.com/2007/11/second-annual-holiday-ornament-swap.html

You make and send out 8-10 ornaments, and then you receive back the same amount you mailed, thus paying the postage one way only. Works a lot like some other great site I know, lol....
