2 c. white sugar 1 cup plain or crunchy peanut butter
1 small can evaporated milk (2/3 cup) 1 7 oz. jar marshmallow creme
1 tsp. vanilla
Boil sugar and milk over medium heat, stirring constantly until soft ball stage (5 min.) Add remaining ingredients. Marshmallow creme and vanilla first, then peanut butter. Mix well and pour into buttered 8 x 8 inch pan. Cool and cut.
This is great peanut butter fudge. It's a hit with everyone, everytime I make it.
