1C. SUGAR, 1C. CRACKER CRUMBS,1 TSP. BAKING POWDER, 1C. CHOPPED PECANS, 3 EGG WHITES, STIFFLY BEATEN. COMBINE SUGAR, CRACKER CRUMBS, BAKING POWDER AND NUTS. FOLD IN EGG WHITES, TURN INTO A 9-INCH PIE PLATE. BAKE AT 350 FOR 25 MINS.
