Not my usual genre, but I picked it up anyhow. Somewhat predictable, but overall I truly enjoyed this debut novel.

Very cinematic book -- I could almost see the movie as I read the book! "The Big Chill" for a new generation. Impressive book debut. This is really an amazing life-affirming read!!! I have read others by this author and she is definitely on my "must read" list now.
This book was written from the heart. I loved the story and it was as if my friend was sitting next to me telling it.
If you like Irish writers, this is a good read. Chick Lit.
