I always answer no to this question at the Post Office...but I need to return perfume to the distributor. It's liquid. What happens when you say yes? I have visions of a SWAT team leaping over the counter and pinning me to the floor.

perfume can only be mailed parcel post. It HAS to ship by ground transportation only. It has a flash point, If it gets to a certain tempature it will explode. A KNOWLEDGABLE window clerk will know that and when you answer yes to the question they will advise you to send it parcel post.

Plus, anything liquid needs to be sealed in a zlplock too.  Just in case it leaks, they don't want it dripping all over other packages.

Definitely make sure you tell the clerk it's perfume and it's ziplocked and sealed to prevent leakage.
