A convicted murderer in prison in Florida is tried to be released by a female admirer and 2 Miami reporters. The story is carried by the narration of a brother of one of the reporters who lives in the small Florida town with his daddy who owns the local paper where the murder occurred. I enjoyed this one, you don't know who the culprit is until the last of the book, and you are introduced to some of the lowest white trash characters you will ever meet in print.
