There are no greater parasites than English royalty. Each of three siblings is a parasite in his/her own way. The actress has her audience, while "sucking the blood" from an indulging husband. The artist dotes and preys on her father. The son, well he latches on to an aging mistress. Sound interesting? You won't think so after 50 pages or so; it gets downright boring.
