Hello there.  I had a package returned to me (from a half.com sale) because the address was invalid.  Now, I had to pay postage to send it, and then again for the PO to give it back to me.  BUT you know what my postal worker told me?

"Be glad you didn't send this Parcel Post.  When the mail carrier can't deliver a Parcel Post package because of address problems, they THROW THEM AWAY.  At least Media Mail is returned to you."

Holy smokes!  I didn't know that!  Did you???  I'm Media Mail and Priority Mail only!!  :)

The Postal worker is talking about Bound Printed Matter, not PP.  BPM is destroyed if undeliverable, but BPM is not readily available for individual packages anymore.
