I'm traveling to Paris soon (my first visit!) so thought this book would be a fun read. It gave me some ideas of places to visit, and yes, I will look for the little postcard shop. Story was somewhat predicable and an easy read. Could have used some expert editing.
Rosalie opens a postcard shop in Paris, a place to buy a wishing card. During this time she has a love relationship with Rene for several years. After some time, this relationship ends.
One of Rosalie's customers is Max Marchais, the French author of "The Blue Tiger." Rosalie reads this story again, and becomes friends with Max. Rosalie is delighted to have been chosen to illustrate Max's book.
Rosalie is accused of plagiarism, and she doesn't know whether love or trouble is blowing through her postcard shop, but she always knows that Paris is always a good idea. A great, fun read.
