Lynley is called to a Scottish mansion to find Lady Helen Clyde among the suspects of a stabbing murder. Lots of quirky characters in a theatre company are involved in a tale of family scandal and theatrical rivalry. Read by British actor Derek Jacobi, I really enjoyed this on the road.

Intriguing story line, as always. I will have to read the hard copy to understand and fill in the blanks. There are only 3 CD's in this abridgement and so much was left out, by the end, when most questions were answered, all I could think of was "oh". Derek Jacobi is an excellent narrator and I will try to find the unabridged release to listen again.
