Topic: Paypal shipping label errors

I've used Paypal's postage buying and shipping label printing service for years, but for the past few days, I haven't been able to get anything to print. I'm getting this error message each time: Unable to print the requested label at this time. The following error occurred. I've tried it on different computers and different browsers, and nothing's changed recently in my settings or payment options. Is it working for other people? Any suggestions? |

Do you have a current credit card on file with PayPal? |

Yes, a current credit card and a linked checking account. I usually use the checking account, but I did try switching to the credit card. Same error message both ways. Last Edited on: 6/30/21 9:00 PM ET - Total times edited: 1 |

That was the issue on my google search, I'd suggest you contact PayPal to see what is causing your errors. |
