Cut onion and celery very fine and saute in butter until tender. Add to bread crumbs. Add salt, pepper, parsley, and nuts. Stir until well mixed. Stuff a 12 - 16 pound turkey. Bake turkey according to directions. Remove from turkey and serve as a side.
This is a family receipe that everyone loves. Make your bread crumbs using week old hamburger buns. Take the two halves of a bun and rub together. I usually use about 1 1/2 pkgs. of buns. Stuff both the chest cavity and under the neck flap.
