Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add oil, butter and garlic. Gently sauté garlic for 30 seconds until tender. Add vodka to pan. Reduce vodka by half, about 2 to 3 minutes. Add chicken stock and tomatoes. Bring sauce to a bubble and reduce heat to low. Season with salt and pepper.
While sauce simmers, cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente.
Stir in heavy cream. When sauce returns to a bubble, remove it from heat. Drain pasta and toss with sauce.
This is SO easy and delicious! Perfect after a long day at work!
