How did political parties develop? How does the Constitution protect our freedom? Why do we need government? The many ideas in this book explain the Constitution as well as the people and events that led to the important ideas in our history.
This book is not like most history books that tell the story of people and events, it explains the most important ideas and how they were developed. It can help you understand more about how our government affects your life and how you can influence your government.
It is written in a user-friendly style, and has phots and historic cartoons throughout. Highly recommended.
