One of the Spotlight Books series of graded, progressive books for vocabulary and comprehension. Grade 2. 6 1/2" X 9 1/2", 16 pages, full color drawings. Series is multi-cultural, phonics-based. Variety of fiction and non-fiction. My children have greatly enjoyed these. The younger ones especially like the feel of having read a "whole book."
