this is the first one I read, although number two in the series. A modern amateur woman sleuth. Good read.
The 2nd of the Amanda Pepper series. Very enjoyable - Amanda has such a quirky outlook on things; her thoughts made me laugh out loud in some places. Also a good mystery that is well-developed and carries the reader right through to the end!
