Peter Robinson writes intense, can't-put-em-down mystery novels of the Brit Grit variety. This one is a fascinating interweaving of a murder in 1969 and one 35 years later--the common element between the two is a 60s pop group called The Mad Hatters. I loved it even though I usually go for somewhat lighter fare.
