This is the book following Pieced clothing. The author bases her designs on traditional folk clothing. Most pattern pieces are cut from a rectangle. It allows you to cut directly into the fabric without the aid of a pattern. Each pattern piece as a falt shape can be decorataed before garment is put together! The examples are gorgeous but leave lots of room for you own creativness with color and design. Has vests, little jacket, hafl circle jacket, a blouse, long sleeve jacket, over jacket, short and long sleeve coats, and additional pattern ideas. Includes a template.
