Pita Pizzas

  • 1 Tbsp - Chopped Fresh Basil OR
  • 2 Tsp - Dried Basil
  • 1/4 Tsp - Black Pepper
  • 1/8 Tsp - Dried thyme
  • 36 - Cherry Tomatoes,Sliced in half
  • 2 Tbsp - Grated Parmesan Chesse
  • - Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO)
  • Preheat oven to 350 Degrees
  • Using a paring Knife, Spllit the pita breads horizontally so you now have 2 circles,cut each into quarters
  • Place on a non stick baking sheet
  • Lightly Brush tops of pita wedges with the EVOO
  • In a small bowl combine basil, pepper, and thyme
  • Sprinkle mixture evenly over wedges
  • Bake until chesse is slightly browned and bread is crisp, about 5-7 Minutes
  • Using a spatula place the wedges on a serving platter and serve immediately or cool on a cooling rack and serve at room temerature



This is Very easy, its also quick, and healthy. All that aside it tastes great!
