Ingredients

1 Tbsp - Chopped Fresh Basil OR

2 Tsp - Dried Basil

1/4 Tsp - Black Pepper

1/8 Tsp - Dried thyme

36 - Cherry Tomatoes,Sliced in half

2 Tbsp - Grated Parmesan Chesse

- Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO)
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 Degrees
- Using a paring Knife, Spllit the pita breads horizontally so you now have 2 circles,cut each into quarters
- Place on a non stick baking sheet
- Lightly Brush tops of pita wedges with the EVOO
- In a small bowl combine basil, pepper, and thyme
- Sprinkle mixture evenly over wedges
- Bake until chesse is slightly browned and bread is crisp, about 5-7 Minutes
- Using a spatula place the wedges on a serving platter and serve immediately or cool on a cooling rack and serve at room temerature
Notes
This is Very easy, its also quick, and healthy. All that aside it tastes great!
