Nan Black meets pilot Jesse Rivers because his plane dropped in front of her vehicle it seems they are both mad at the world. Nan opens a video store in which Jesse delivers her materials to her. She runs into trouble with some locals that say she is renting x-rated movies because they want her shut down. But they will have to go through Jesse, and he is a difficult man to move.
