This was one of my favorite books as a child, and it's become one of my daughter's as well! We've been reading it to her since she was a baby; when she was tiny, the bright, bold flowers were incredibly interesting. Now that she's bigger, she's beginning to understand that plants come from seeds and have roots, and grow with certain seasons. Love it!

Oh, it's also great for teaching colors too ;)
