Playing the Quantum Field How Changing Your Choices Can Change Your Life
Author: Brenda Anderson
Have you ever experienced a sudden breakthrough, when what you picture in your head actually happens and you want to pinch yourself because you can’t believe it’s real? Would you like to create these experiences more often? Choices have power. Too often, people feel as if they are at the mercy of life and feel victimized. — In Play...  more » Brenda Anderson defines ten "energetic choices," ranging from "black holes" and "head trips” to "suspending judgment" and "breakthrough" that make up your Energy Spectrum. When you recognize where you are in the Energy Spectrum, you understand the power of your low and high energy choices and the results they create. By changing your choices, you tap into the transformative power of the quantum field, the universal force that connects everything and everyone. Instead of working harder to create the life you want, learn how to become a beacon, so it finds you.

Poorly written and hard to get through. I feel the author promises to tell you how to change your life, and then beats around the bush, never revealing the answer.

It has a lot of information I already knew for the set up. She focuses on the way to "Play" is about changing your thinking more than "doing" anything. This change in thought process might change your choices and your doing, but the thought has to come first. I got the most out of the Scan chapter.
If I had read this years ago before I was exposed to much of this I would have gotten more out of it. Definitely a starter or mid-level book for the idea that how we view the world makes a difference.
