Reheat noodles in microwave for 45 seconds, toss with butter and cheese, mash poached egg until the yolk coats the noodles and the white is in bite sized pieces.
Tear up the roast beef, toss, salt to taste.
I do this whenever we've had roast beef and spaghetti in the same week- you can use hamburger just as easily, though I don't like the texture quite as much.
Still, this evolved from the orginal (in an herb book of all things) around what's in the fridge, so use what you have.
The measurments aren't exact, for the same reason, adjust to taste.
