Julianne MacLean's newest was foreshadowed in her previous work Love According to Lily, however this piece works as a stand alone as well.
With a delightful backstory we're treated to lower class hero who tries to heal the wounds her caused in Annabelle's past for both their futures. It's a quick read and easy to cheer for the 34 year old Annabelle finally achieving the forbidden happiness she so desired in her youth.

A love story of redemption and restoration.
How can love go so wrong and turn out right?
He isn't always what he seems to be and certainly not what others think of him. But can she forgive the past and let what she has hidden in her heart be her guide to finding his love a second time?
good story and closes out the series with heartfelt warmth.
