Poser: My Life in Twenty-Three Yoga Poses
Poser My Life in TwentyThree Yoga Poses
Author: Claire Dederer
Yoga seemed to fit right into the virtuous programme, but to her surprise the author found that the deeper she went into the poses the more they test her most basic ideas of what makes a good mother, daughter, friend, wife - and the more they made her want something a little less tidy, a little more improvisational.

I love yoga. I see the benefits of yoga. I have been practicing yoga for about a decade and it honestly keeps calling me back to it. I truly enjoyed this book. A biography that ties the author's life into the various poses of yoga. But, I have lived in Seattle, I have dealt with thirty-something issues and I have had a c-section. The author was speaking to me - if you haven't experienced these things still give the book a try - especially if you enjoy yoga.
