Does anyone know if DC from USPS is available for shipping to Canada?

The package would be about the size that a book can be sent and include DC here (I would need to pump up the size of the package with something to make it elegible for DC here).

I think that this is available, or equivalent service for international shipents, because I have bought things (on Ebay) from abroad that i had to sign for when they arrived  I know that's not exactly the same as DC, but does about the same service.  I suggest you ask your PO, if you have a friendly, accomodating one, about this.

The only way to get any confirmation on any international mail is to mail registered mail or Express Mail. The reason you have to sign for things from abroad is because they usually use registered mail from the originating country as they frequently will get "lost" in their mail system if not registered. Registered Mail from here to Canada would have to travel via Priority Mail International or First Class Mail International. There is no longer an  inexpensive surface mail for international mail.
