I already posted the book thinking it would be ok..but maybe it isn't. You'll see it on my shelf it is the dolphins book.

What it is, is a book of 21 postcards (says so right on the front) but does it count as a picture book? I'm just wondering as it has an ISBN like a book, it says book on the cover..so I'm just curious. If anyone has answer please let me know. Thanks!

Sorry, a book of postcards is not a book.  There are lots of things with ISBNs that are not really books and are not postable.  You can offer it as a freebie in the book bazaar, as long as you describe it.

I don't think it counts, either. I've seen some other things that were close to counting be rejected, and I'd think would be something not acceptable.
