This book is a good attempt at encouraging a mom to focus on the positive. This is not meant as a bible topic study, though it has a lot of scripture in it.

This book was just the pick me up I was looking for. It allowed me to reconnect with my faith and has me thinking before each action.

At the end of each chapter is a prayer and a bible verse or two to look up and read. There is also a plan of action to put the chapter to use.

I can tell I'm more patient with my kids and I've been applying the techniques learned in this book.

Now I look forward to reading Positive Wife and Positive Woman!
