To be clear, this book illustrates the construction and decor of a SINGLE pre-fab home--the author's own. Notably absent from a book-length potrait of a single house are any floor plans or elevations. It's a pretty book and a nice house with some nice (although dated) features, but it's not particularly helpful for anyone contemplating designing or building a pre-fab home. Another peeve--the text of the book is laid out with a few paragraphs on each page surrounded by pictures, so you lose your mental place by the time to get around to turning the page because of reading all the captions.
