In my opinion this is the best pregnancy book out there. I probably looked up something or other in it every day of my pregnancy. The information is clear and easy to understand without being dumbed down. I would reccomend this book to any pregnant woman!
A very helpful book if you we're as clueless as i was when i found out i was having a baby! LOTS of color photos and easy to understand wording. The book ranges from preparing for pregnancy all the way to the first six weeks after they're born!
Very good book has lots of info for expecting mothers and after.
