A very thorough guide to the title topics by one of the most respected childbirth educators around. Don't be put off by the book's being a few years old; the wisdom in it is timeless. I had the good fortune to have Simkin herself as my own childbirth educator 19 years ago. Her understanding of all the issues including the emotional ones is priceless.
