picks up where Jane Austen left off when Darcy and Elizabeth were married. I think Jane would have thoroughly enjoyed this book

I think this is one of the better sequels to P&P. The characters were true to the original work. Nice quick read.

While I was waiting for this book in the mail I decided to read some reviews on Amazon.com. Many of them were so scathing that I didn't expect to enjoy this book at all.

Happily, I found it to be a very enjoyable read. Yes, there are certain details that lack continuity with P&P. This is not a scholarly take on a sequel. But it is enjoyable.
