I love this cookbook - the first recipe I made from it, "Crab Scampi with Spaghetti" took 25 minutes start-to-finish! (And tasted great, I might add.) So many other "quick" cookbooks cheat, by not counting the prep time to peel or chop vegetables. They will include something like "one medium onion, peeled and diced", but I don't normally keep veggies on hand in a peeled and chopped state, and that prep work takes a lot of time! The only thing that I can think of to improve this wonderful resource would be to include a photo with each recipe. Instead, there are 14 pages of photos in the center of the book.
