have a preview copy of a book i'd like to post...but would preview be the same as an ARC? on the back of the book, in the bottom right corner (where the UPC and ISBN would be) is a white square with the words "PREVIEW EDITION" inside. its not a label, its actually printed on the book. the ISBN is inside the book where it usually is--on the reverse of the title page. a search for the ISBN brought up other copies listed...can i post it?

book was passed on to me by a friend, who apparently either bought it for $3 at a yard sale or marked it that price herself :)

You wouldn't be able to post it.

You can offer it as a free book with order in the book bazaar.

Sounds like an advanced copy to me too.  Better to err on the side of caution and not post it.

Yup, it's an ARC.  No posting.  Sorry.  Hopefully it can find a new home through Book Bazaar, though.  :)

There is an awesome thread in the Bazaar called "Post your ARCs here" It gets people looking at your shelf, generates an order and infinite goodwill if someone is wishing for it.
