
This book was recommended on Dr. Becker's TV program and I am so glad I read it. I will keep it for reference but already it has helped to change my lifestyle. There are a lot of common sense healthy ideas, many of which I already practice, but some new things to try. It is well organized and easy to read, has a good index so you can find a particular section or table again. I highly recommend this to anyone of any age - I wish I had read this 20 years ago.
