Has anyone else had this happen before.  I responded to the book request, saying I will mail later and it gave me a date.  Next time I am back on line there is a message saying I have not responded and have a certain amount of time.  I responded again.  Today back on line and there are two messages, one saying thank you for mailing the book and another saying I had run out of time to respond and sure enough in my email is the same message saying I needed to respond by a certain time.  I had gone on line and said I had mailed it because I was on my way to the post office but decided to hold off and pmed the person it is going to because I want to make sure she still wants it.  I now have a message saying thank you for mailing the book out.  I also can't find out how you contact anyone to tell them about this problem so they can fix it.

Dianne

Dianne, there's a Contact Us link at the bottom of every page. There's also one from the Help Center. If you send this in, you'll probably need to give more information than is in your post. Times/dates/book title, etc.

I have had this same problem (I think) more than a few times: there is a conflict in the dates you give, and the time in the little box that says you must mail by.....I always made it work, but I always wondered which would be correct???

Did the first email ask you if you can send the book, and the second email remind you to mark the book mailed?

Check the dates/times of the emails (when they were sent as opposed to when you read them) to see if they went sent to you before you responded, and before you marked the book mailed.

I'm just thinking that if you marked the book mailed and then checked your email, you could have been reading an "old" email that reflected the previous "unmailed" status of the book....

Thanks for the replys.  I was having a problem contacting the company because I was clicking on their email address and that was just bringing me back to the help page.  I did not see where it said send feedback next to help.

It was the same email three times telling me I had a certain amount of time to say if I was going to send it out.  It wasn't the message reminding you to send it out.  I did get in contact with the person I was sending it to and am sending it out today.  I was suprised as I have been a member for a couple of years now and have never seen this kind of problem before.  Thank so much for all your replys.
