And in putting the prom together, Ash learns that she has choices about her life after high school. I like Anderson's books but I also dislike them. They have a great influence on people but that's also why I dislike them. I read books to escape from the world's problems so reading her defeats the purpose. PROM was masterfully written but depressing. Anderson has wrote the book in a very negative yet great way.
A nice, quick read. Anderson's writing flows as effortlessly as always. The main character is a bit different than her previous ones, I found her very enjoyable. The characters were rich and I felt everything was well presented and well represented.
