As a first time rabbit owner, I found this book to be a great basic handbook on the general care and feeding of a bunny. Lots of pictures and descriptions of different breeds of rabbits and their diseases. Several sections of the book are geared towards someone who wants to breed rabbits, which is not my purpose or intention, but rather to get the basics for a rabbit that was rescued from an urban dumpster.
