This book is simply not written well. The Biblical analogies make zero sense (I am a preacher's daughter and was one credit shy of double majoring in religion). For the 10% of the book that wasn't exposition in the characters' heads, the book was filled with dialect. This had so much potential. I give it two stars for some sweet scenes between the two main characters.
