Laugh out loud kind of book, something I rarely do.
OK, the plot is simple: two brothers in the 1970s are going to get some weed, but theres been a huge blizzard and they have to pretend theyre Red Cross workers so they can drive on the closed roads.
Only the book has nothing to do with that.
8.5/10. This isnt going to be one of my all time favorites, but it was a fascinating peek into the lives of boys, brothers, lies, the Catholic Church, and what happens when you just want to get that phenomenal bag of weed.

Wonderful! was laughing out loud
OMG! Another total hoot. Two brothers from the Boston area. Total losers. Unfortunately they run out of marijuana during the snow storm of the century and have to get out in order to make a pick up. They own a big old van so a friend gives them a Red Cross emblem and arm bands and off they go! Until they get flagged down by someone actually needing the Red Cross. A comedy of errors.
