trim fat from pork roast. place in crockpot. remove top from chilis and chop or puree. chop or puree onion. remove cilantro leaves from stem and finely chop. I use half a bunch because we LOVE cilantro. pour all over pork roast. mix seasoning packet in with veggie you puree or with water. pour over pork. let cook about 6 hours on high, or until you can easily shred pork with two forks.
