Good mystery with a lot of twists and turns. Suicide, heart transplant, (was it suicide) kidnapping, assault, and murder were just some of the factors that made this book an excellent read.

If Daniel Alexander had not committed suicide, Miami businessman Frank Douglas would never have lived to see his forty-fifth birthday. But a second chance at life does not necessarily meand a peaceful life. Disturbed by nagging feelings of guilt and uncertainty, he feels an intense need to discover all he can about his nmysterious late benefactor. Suddenly, the new life Frank has been granted is in serious peril, threatened by secrets, lies, human savagery and greed, and by the true dark nature of the organ that is now pumping the lifeblood through is body. Guaranteed to raise a cold sweat.

Overall.. this is an okay book. If you like mysteries, you will enjoy this book. It is a little slow at times. But once you start reading, you will want to solve the mystery, and keep reading. It has a good concept that is different than all the rest.
