I have a question. I ordered a book a while ago and it says it was sent out on the 30th of July. I still have not recieved it yet. The problem: I am going out of town for a few weeks on Friday. PBS says not to contact them unil the 27th of August. My mail will be held while I am gone. If the book comes while I am gone how will the pbs member get her credit. She sent it with delivery confirmation. The book was only coming from Indiana and I am in Atlanta,GA. Everything else i have ordered from PBS has come within a week. Does anyone have any idea what I should do?
Thank-you
Angie

If she used PBS DC then she will get her credit when its scanned at the PO. Did you put your accont on hold so no orders can come in while your gone? |

Yeah you will get your credit when the reciever marks it or your DC is scanned. |

Thanks for your help!

Angie, although the sender will get her credit with DC, you may want to PM her anyway to let her know what's going on so that she won't be wondering why you didn't mark the book when the DC shows it as delivered. Have a great trip! |

Angie, if it goes lost before you get back to mark it received, you can just mark it received from your Transaction Archive, as Help Center sez: Have a good time! |

Even if it goes lost, you can click on your transaction archive and mark it received when you return(sometimes mail is slow).
