2-LB. PEELED, BOILED SHRIMP,2-16-OZ.CANS DEL MONTE STEWED TOMATOES,1 MED. ONION, 4 SLICES COOKED BACON, 1/4 STICK BUTTER. SAUTE' DICED ONION IN BUTTER. ADD TOMATOES (MAKE SURE IT HAS PEPPERS,ONIONS,CELERY ADDED). ADD SALT, PEPPER TO  SEASON AND 1 TBLSP. SUGAR. ADD DICED BACON AND SHRIMP. SIMMER FOR 5-6 MINS. SERVE OVER RICE.
